INSURANCE & FINANCING
We accept most of the PPO dental plans (ie, Delta PPO Premier, Cigna, Aetna, MetLife, Guardian, etc) where you can choose your preferred dentist! We also accept patients without dental insurance. As our patient, we will work with you to maximize your dental plan benefits and file all your dental claims for you.
Co-payments are due the day of service. Any balance left after insurance payment is the patients' responsibility.
We do NOT accept any HMO dental plans, fee-discounted plans (e.g. Careington), or Denti-cal.
FINANCING
Payment is due the day service is rendered. Please see our front desk to check out at the end of your appointment. Patients will be informed of copays prior to the start of treatment.
We accept cash, checks, and Visa/MasterCard/Discover credit/debit cards. Patients may also pay over the phone and receive a receipt via email for their convenience.
